The goal of this program is to instill a love of fitness in children, while forming life-long relationships between fitness, good health and fun. Our program is designed to help build character and confidence, physical abilities, proper mechanics in functional movements and social skills.
Programme Description: Grades 4-7 Making fitness fun for kids of all ages and abilities. They will perform different workouts focusing on functional exercises and functional movements, and working together with the rest of the class. The kids will learn proper movement patterns, working in teams, and making fitness fun!
